Well, it is that time of the year again. Time to begin the first Social Studies research paper of your high school career. For this one, we will be dealing with what life was like in medieval Europe.

Each student has been given five topics from which to chose. No matter which topic is chosen, the process is still the same, a three to five page paper on the topic followed by a creative part that illustrates the topic. The directions for each are found below. Just click on the link for the topic you picked.

Note: This is a change from what we went over on Friday - since, as some of the students pointed out, it seemed like those who picked "Castle Construction" seemed to have an advantage. I must agree. I have thus changed the aspect of the creative part to give everyone more options and a more equitable opportunity.
